Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
At True Grain, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Since we deal with food items, we have a clear policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.
Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@truegrain.com with:
- Your order number
- “Cancellation Request - Order number” in the subject line
Once the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
As our items are food products, returns are not possible for hygiene and safety reasons. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we take utmost care in packaging, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Write to us at hello@truegrain.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
After verification, we will offer you either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Our goal is to ensure you have a safe and satisfactory experience with True Grain.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Successful cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placement and before shipment.
- Damaged or tampered products, after review and approval by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
