🥄 How Much to Use
- 1 scoop – Children 12 months +
- 2 scoops – Children 18 to 24 months
- 3 scoops – Children 24 months +
- 1–4 scoops – Pre-teens, teens & adults
🥣 Ingredients
- 1–3 scoops TrueGrain Daily Super-Blend
- 100–200ml milk (or water)
- Optional: jaggery, dates, honey, mashed banana
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts
Measure
Add 1–3 scoops of TrueGrain to a small pot.
Add Liquid
Add 150–250ml milk or water. Less = thick, more = thin.
Whisk (Secret Step)
Whisk BEFORE heating for 30 seconds until smooth. This prevents lumps.
Cook
Cook on medium heat. Stir continuously for 5–7 minutes until thick.
Adjust
Add milk if thick, cook more if thin. Sweeten as needed.
Serve
Cool for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm.
