Superblend Soft Rotis

Serves: 2–3 rotis
- Prep Time: 10 minutes (including kneading + resting)
- Cook Time: 8–10 minutes
- Total Time: 18–20 minutes
What You’ll Need
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1–2 tablespoons True Grain Superblend
- Water as needed
- 1 teaspoon oil (optional)
The Process
- In a bowl, mix wheat flour and Superblend thoroughly.
- Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Roll into rotis and cook on a hot tawa until golden spots appear.
- Apply a little ghee after cooking if desired.
A little suggestion:
- Do not exceed 2 tablespoons of Super-Blend per cup of flour for best texture.
