Superblend Rotis – Everyday, Nourishing & Easy

🥣 What You’ll Need
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1–2 tbsp True Grain Superblend
- Water (as needed)
- 1 tsp oil (optional)
Mix
Combine whole wheat flour and Superblend thoroughly.
Knead
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Rest
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll & Cook
Roll into rotis and cook on a hot tawa until golden spots appear.
Finish
Apply a little ghee after cooking if desired.
💡 A Little Suggestion
Do not exceed 2 tablespoons of Superblend per cup of flour for best texture.
