What You’ll Need
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons True Grain Superblend
- ¼ cup thick curd
- ¼ cup finely chopped vegetables
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of baking soda (optional)
- Water as needed
The Process
- Mix flour and Superblend in a bowl.
- Add curd, vegetables, and salt.
- Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Pour into greased moulds.
- Steam 15–18 minutes or bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
A little suggestion: Add 1 tablespoon oil to batter for softer texture.
