Savoury Garden Muffins

What You’ll Need

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons True Grain Superblend
  • ¼ cup thick curd
  • ¼ cup finely chopped vegetables
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of baking soda (optional)
  • Water as needed

The Process

  1. Mix flour and Superblend in a bowl.
  2. Add curd, vegetables, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  4. Pour into greased moulds.
  5. Steam 15–18 minutes or bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

A little suggestion: Add 1 tablespoon oil to batter for softer texture.
