What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 2 tablespoons True Grain Superblend
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped spinach
  • Salt if needed
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

The Process

  1. Mix Superblend into dosa batter thoroughly.
  2. Add vegetables and mix well.
  3. Pour thick pancakes onto a hot tawa.
  4. Cook on low flame until crisp on outside and soft inside.
