🥣 What You’ll Need
- ¼ cup True Grain Superblend
- 1 cup water
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
- 1–2 tsp ghee (optional)
Cook Base
In a small pan, cook Superblend with 1 cup water on low flame.
Stir
Stir continuously for 5–7 minutes until smooth porridge consistency is reached.
Cook Apple
In another pan, cook chopped apple with a little water until soft.
Blend
Blend the cooked apple into a smooth puree.
Combine
Mix the warm apple puree into the porridge.
Finish & Serve
Add ghee if desired and serve warm.
