Dates & Almond Porridge – Naturally Sweet & Energising
A nourishing, naturally sweet meal with healthy fats and plant-based protein.
🥣 What You’ll Need
- ¼ cup True Grain Superblend
- 1 cup water or milk
- 2 soft seedless dates
- 4 soaked almonds (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee (optional)
Start Cooking
Add Superblend and water (or milk) to a saucepan.
Cook
Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously until smooth and thick.
Blend
Blend dates (and soaked almonds if using) with a little warm liquid until smooth.
Combine
Stir the date-almond paste into the cooked porridge.
Finish & Serve
Add ghee if desired and serve warm.
