Cocoa Banana Energy Pancakes

What You’ll Need

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons True Grain Superblend
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat or oat flour
  • ½ teaspoon natural cocoa powder
  • Water or milk as needed
  • Ghee for cooking

The Process

  1. Mash banana until smooth.
  2. Add Superblend, flour, and cocoa powder.
  3. Add liquid gradually to form a thick batter.
  4. Cook small pancakes on low flame until golden.

A little suggestion:
Use natural cocoa powder, not sweetened drinking cocoa.
