🥣 What You’ll Need

  • ¼ cup True Grain Superblend
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • A small pinch of salt (optional)

Cook Base

Cook Superblend with water for 5–7 minutes until thick and smooth. Set aside.

Cook Carrot

Steam or boil the carrot until soft.

Blend

Blend the carrot with milk into a smooth puree.

Combine

Mix the carrot milk puree with the cooked Superblend.

Finish & Serve

Add ghee and a pinch of salt if desired. Serve warm.
